Betis Group offers a retirement plan whereby, after 1 year of service, employees can contribute, and Betis Group will match dollar-for-dollar up to 3%. We encourage employees to take advantage of the benefit of pre-tax contributions with an employer match.
Monthly employee costs are deducted on a pre-tax basis. Employees and their dependents are provided comprehensive medical insurance through Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Company. Betis provides employees with the option of an HMO or two choices of PPOs and pays 50% of the employee and dependent premium.

Betis Group employees will receive a cash bonus for every hired employee they refer to the company. Bonus is payable 90 days after the referred employee starts with Betis Group.
