Cape Charles, VA, USA, July 8, 2011 – Betis Group, Inc. announced it has been awarded the Navy SeaPort-e contract. This major contract vehicle allows the Navy to acquire support services in 22 functional areas to include Research and Development Support, Engineering Support, Modeling, Simulation, Information System Development, Information Assurance and Information Technology Support.
The Navy Systems Command (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) will access this contract vehicle to compete their technology requirements.

Betis Group Wins Navy SPAWAR

Betis Group Wins First Task Order under the FAA eFAST Contract

Cape Charles, VA. USA, January 5, 2011 – Betis Group, Inc., announced on Wednesday that it received its first Task Order to provide IT Support Services under the Federal Aviation Administration’s eFAST contract vehicle.
Betis Group will be providing Application Development and Training services in addition to the Systems Engineering, Project Management, Technical Writing, Testing and Information Assurance services already being provided. Betis Group on the Winning Team for $30 Billion FBI Contract

Cape Charles, VA. Betis Group Wins Contract to Support DOD Healthcare

Cape Charles, VA. USA, October 1, 2010 – Betis Group announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the United States Army to perform healthcare analysis for Tri-Services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
“This is a broadening of our capabilities,” said Hernan Cortes, President and CEO of Betis Group. “It increases our participation in healthcare, which we have pursued as part of our business strategy.”
Betis Group will support the Healthcare Interservice Organization (HC-ITO) at the US Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S). Betis will provide Healthcare analysis and training for the Army, Air Force, and Navy. Betis Group recognizes the role that their personnel play in its support to its clients and the Army’s mission in support of our nation’s soldiers.
Fort Sam Houston is scheduled to acquire new functions by the Base Realignment and Closure program. When current developments are completed, Fort Sam Houston will be a premier medical complex and the largest medical training campus in the world. The campus will consolidate the enlisted medical training programs of all branches of the military.

Betis Group initially will join the Light Armored Vehicle Sense and Respond System, Phase 3 effort. Betis has proposed to develop a Portable Maintenance Aid Kit that will improve the ability to repair armored vehicles and return them to duty quickly. In a two-phase effort, first development and then testing and refinement, we plan to produce a ruggedized, portable, wearable computer to hold maintenance information and process diagnostic information quickly in the field. This will reduce the time required for maintenance and speed the return of equipment to service. Improved availability of hardware assets will improve the effectiveness of warfighters in action.

Betis Group, Inc. Wins FAA eFAST Contract

Arlington, VA. USA, Oct. 6, 2009 – Betis Group has been awarded a seven year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Federal Aviation Administration’s eFAST (electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks) program. Issued as a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA), eFAST is FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for small business solutions.
“This award is a testament to the outstanding service Betis Group has provided to the FAA for the past eight years, and offers us the opportunity to strengthen that relationship and continue to serve the FAA for many years to come,” said Hernan Cortes, President & CEO of Betis Group.
The contract is significant for its scope and breadth. The period of performance is for five years initially, and two additional years may be added at the option of the parties. It covers 112 labor categories in four functional areas in information technology within the FAA. Betis Group, as a prime contractor, may team with other prime contract awardees and add subcontractors under the agreement. eFAST makes a real contribution in flexibility to the process of acquiring services to address technology needs.
