Betis Group is seeking qualified candidates to join our Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Infrastructure Services team for on-site work at the FDIC building in Arlington, VA. Telework is not generally permitted for this contract.

The Infrastructure Services Team’s role on this contract is to enable the FDIC’s mission with a service desk for a variety of technologies such as Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, Unix/Linux/Mainframes, and virtualized applications and servers. Working under the direction of the FDIC Office of the CIO, Infrastructure Support Services will ensure critical services are available and that FDIC employees have secure access to FDIC systems at any time, from anywhere, on any device.

In anticipation of an award of the Infrastructure Support Services contact by the FDIC, Betis Group is identifying incumbent staff or non-incumbent/new staff to fill positions that may become available.

Positions:

Betis Group is seeking incumbent personnel currently serving on the predecessor contract at the FDIC and new candidates who have experience with the following technical and technology skill sets:

Team Lead Positions:

– Collaboration Team Lead
– Telephony Team Lead
– Unified Communications
– Video Conferencing Team Lead

Team Lead Qualifications:

– ITIL v3 Foundation (minimum)
– 10-years’ experience managing servers and support services
– 3-years’ experience managing a contractor team supporting a Unified Communications service desk
– As applies, experience with Analog, TDM, IP telephony (Avaya), and related hardware and standards

Technical Positions:

– Data Center Facilities Management
– Mainframe
– Middleware
– Storage and Backup
– Unix / Linux
– VMware / Virtualization
– Wintel Administration

Technical Qualifications:

– Varies by position and technology

Desired Qualifications:

– Current industry and technical certifications
– Experience working with a government customer (especially FDIC)

General Requirements:

– A security clearance is not required
– Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
– Travel may be required up to 10% of the time
